| a) |
Once a student has started a term, full payment for that term is required, including missed lessons.
|
| b) |
Notice of intention to leave must be given one term in advance or fees in lieu thereof will apply.
|
| c) |
Prior to commencing at Ignite Dance Studio, proper notice must be given to any previous school of attendance.
|
| d) |
The Principal’s permission is required before classes are taken elsewhere.
|
| e) |
The choreography/routines learnt will always remain the intellectual property of Ignite Dance Studio and cannot be copied, reproduced, exhibited or demonstrated without the prior written consent of the studio principal.
|
| f) |
I willingly participate in class work, rehearsals and performances at my own risk.
|
| g) |
I understand that I may be photographed /videoed through my participation at Ignite Dance Studio and that the Studio will own all parts of any film medium and its usage.
