| a) |
Once a student has started a term, full payment for that term is required. Students starting during the term are expected to pay full fees for that term.

Notice of intention to leave must be given one term in advance or fees in lieu thereof will apply.

Prior to commencing at Ignite Dance Studio, proper notice must be given to any previous school of attendance.

The Principal’s permission is required before classes are taken elsewhere.

The Principal’s permission is required before taking part in any external dance performances..

| f) |
If a student wishes to change their choice of subjects from the original enrolment in any term, a ‘Request for Change of Class’ form must be completed at least three weeks prior to the commencement of that term. These forms are available from Reception during secretarial hours.
Payment will be required for all enrolled classes if notice is not given. |
